This event is part of the WINBLUE project funded by the European Union (EMFAF Program), aiming to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in key sectors of the blue economy. During the workshop, we will discuss strategies and practices to overcome gender inequalities, encourage female leadership and entrepreneurship, and share valuable knowledge and experiences to advance in these important issues.
