WINBLUE partner ANFACO-CECOPESCA attended last week the Western European Fish Technologists Association (WEFTA) Conference held in Copenhagen. WEFTA is the central platform in Europe for institutions engaged in fish processing, applied food science, aquaculture, seafood technology, health and seafood consumption and consumer studies. Leisure and coworking moments were used to present the #WINBLUE project and comment on some activities that are being carried out.
